Hi, I’m Jessica—makeup artist and founder of The Destination Collective. I’ve worked in the wedding industry for over 15 years, and in that time, my work has taken me all over the UK and across the world. When I first began this journey, I never imagined it would grow into a career that would take me to so many beautiful places, with such incredible clients. I feel genuinely lucky that it has.
I specialise in modern, Tatler-worthy hair and elegant, luminous, elevated makeup looks and an overall bridal experience where expertise meets genuine care.

My Ethos

At the heart of my approach is a simple belief: “luxury should always feel personal”. My signature makeup style is modern, elevated, and luminous—designed to help each client feel like the very best version of themselves. I believe in beauty that feels true in the moment, and in creating a timeless look through a calm, considered, and thoughtful experience.

As your hair & makeup artist, I truly believe in enhancing—never overpowering. With so many trends in the wedding industry, my focus is on creating something bespoke, balanced, and entirely you.

My Training

I started out with a degree in Hair and Makeup for TV and Film, training at Southampton Solent University where I graduated with a 2:1 in Hair & Makeup Design.

Over the past 15+ years, I’ve been fortunate to turn that creative passion into a career that’s taken me across the UK and beyond—working everywhere from some of the most exclusive wedding venues in the country to sun-drenched destination weddings across Europe.

Alongside my bridal work, I continue to work commercially, and I also regularly invest in advanced training to stay ahead with products, techniques, ensuring my clients receive the very best in beauty, artistry, and care.

Destination Weddings

I absolutely love to travel, and I feel incredibly lucky that my work takes me all over the UK and Europe. I specialise in destination wedding makeup and have worked at beautiful venues across Spain, Italy, France, and Greece—to name just a few. I’m often booked for full three-day celebrations, covering everything from the pre-wedding party to the day-after brunch, as well as the wedding day itself.

I created The Destination Collective to offer a level of service that truly matches the scale and energy of destination weddings. I wanted my clients to have a team they could trust completely, and for every member of the bridal party to feel beautifully consistent and looked after from start to finish.
